At Footgear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Footwear

    Place the unworn shoes in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the shoes, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
